Spirit Accords

The Spirit Accord was a treaty signed between the Eldar, Ankhana, and Humans that inhabitted the continent of Rigda that established rules for military conflicts and the use of what were deemed 'weapons of suffering'. Due to the nature of Dragmar, it was clear that weapons designed long term suffering on large scale would only lead to calamity for all, and thus their use was forbidden. Similarly, the national borders between the regions were established, with guarantees of securing peace within their territorial borders. These accords largely divided up the central and western parts of Rigda, and lead to a thousand year peace only recently disrupted by the Third Wave
