Criminal mastermind, scum of Osiron, the Queen of Golden Falls.
Over the years, Lillian Horner has had no end of titles and nicknames. Most of them are fleeting, given to her by friend, foe and the media, but some of them have had a lasting legacy.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
A thin frame, tanned skin, hiding a layer of taut muscles. Not overly tall for a Tau-Terran at a grand total height of 6ft 9in, rather average in fact, but it is tall enough to tower above most Sol-Terrans or other space faring species that she meets.
The sprinkling of freckles over her nose have darkened over the years to a reddish brown. Her hair, long and wavy, is a dark ebony that shines in the sunlight, reminiscent of a lion’s mane. Malachite green eyes hold a mischievous twinkle, but can fade to hold something sinister just as quickly as Lillian’s mood.
An Old School Fashion Sense
As a fan of pirate stories (no, not space pirates, sea pirates), the clothes she wears around Golden Falls are fashioned in a similar style. From puffy, button up shirts (with three or four of the buttons left undone) with frilly cuffs, breeches that help to accentuate her form, leather boots with a slight heel, and a more modern style vest (usually some variation of red or blue). Sometimes, if it takes her fancy, she’ll even wear a tricorn hat.
A little ironic considering she isn’t actually a pirate. She just really likes their style.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Born on Chatau’s Landing to Olivia and Francis Horner in UGY 6927. Her parents died when she was 5 in a horrible accident, at which point she was placed in Terra Novus’ less than stellar foster system. Because of her horrible experience in the foster system, she has a dislike for Terra Novus as an organisation and sees it as largely ineffective. Although the foster family was wealthy they were also terrible people.
At 16, she found herself indebted to a gang of criminals in Golden Falls. They saved her - rather unexpectedly - from her foster parents when said fosters paid to have her killed. She would go on to use her foster parent's money to help fund this gang of criminals, eventually becoming the right hand to its leader Vane Corsy.
By the time she was 23, she was well known in the criminal underworld of Golden Falls, but her rise to infamy would force her arrogance into dangerous territory and eventually get her arrested. She was sent to Iron Sky for multiple charges including theft, assault, robbery, and attempted murder. Not that the walls of Iron Sky would hold her. A mere year later, she would escape from confinement and be launched into all new levels of infamy.
So great was the criminal perception of her that, when she started a sister gang to Vane’s Shady Gunners, no end of criminals were volunteering to join up. From there, she skyrocketed into becoming the ‘Queen of Golden Falls’, decamping The Viper from his spot as top dog.

Well, well, well. My little birdie made it outta the Omega Compound, did she?
Good. Things have been a little borin’ since ya went away. But my eyes and ears are tellin’ me that ya won’t be docking at the Heart of the Falls anytime soon, somethin’ to do with mandatory service to the Fleet?
Oh birdie, what have ya gotten ya self into, hmm? I’d offer ya a way outta that, but I seem to recall ya owin’ me from our last score. Guess I could always go straight to good ol’ mummy and daddy dearest, but somethin’ tells me ya wouldn’t like that’ would ya?
So here’s my advice, little birdie. Come visit ol’ Queenie, stay as long as ya like, and we’ll figure out a way to make up for all those credits ya lost me. And don’t get all uppity about the fleet service - I don’t give a chalaurans ass what ya did to land ya self in so much shit, I want what I’m owed.
Hell, bring ya fleet boys if ya’d like. Maybe they could lend ya a hand and cough up some credits to make up for ya losses.
What do ya say, little birdie?
It better not be no.

Nicknames
- Queen of Golden Falls (her most commonly used nickname)
- Queenie (friends only - anyone who tries to call her ‘Queenie’ that isn’t a friend will get a beating for trying to be clever)
- Lily (Lillian can count the number of people allowed to call her Lily on one hand, she can also guarantee you aren’t one of them)
To Love a Criminal
Her rise to fame came with something more than Lillian bargained for. People practically throwing themselves at her, eager for something as simple as a kiss, but longing for something more.
And oh how Lillian thrived in this new environment. She stoked the embers of her paramours, promising them that they were the one, that they were her true love, that she only had eyes for them. She would flirt left and right, especially if she knew it would help any negotiations she had going on.
Traits
There is likely no woman more self assured than Lillian - either in Osiron or back on Terra. She knows exactly who she is. If she wants something she’ll take it, or at the very least find a way to take it without harming someone she deems as completely innocent, which isn’t very many people in her mind.
That self assured nature can often turn to arrogance and a burning pride, which in turn becomes her downfall.
I really like the personality of Lillian, as well as her backstory. Absolutely wonderful work!
