History
Around 100 years ago a new study came out suggesting that eating breakfast improved people’s cognitive function. Some of the people in the marketing team figured that this meant that they could market a couple of their dumplings and broth types as strictly breakfast related and could earn more for the company by doing so. They set about getting the approval from the higher up’s and produced a lot of material for this campaign. This booklet is one of those materials. It was produced and handed out both in digital and physical form. The pamphlet
The booklet contained four pages. The first page featured a colorful illustration of a steaming bowl of soup and neatly arranged dumplings, all set against a cheerful morning backdrop together with the logo of the company. The other pages contained other smaller illustrations of soup and dumplings together with text. The text reference the study published earlier but the information in the pamphlet is framed to make the readers believe that their brains will deteriorate if their owners doesn’t ingest breakfast. This specific pamphlet also had quotes from a breakfast expert on the last page together with a photo of a person with a pastel filter. The person holding up a bowl of soup towards the reader of the pamphlet.Collectors item
