Potomac Territories

The Potomac Territories are one of two main inhabited regions on Calera. (The other being Antietam, separated from it to the south by the Montana River.) Its economic center is the city of Potomac, though it does not and cannot exercise its power over the whole territory, most of which is walkaway country.
