Odeasus

Brief Overview

Odeasus has been known as the kingdom of gold for centuries. However, more recently it has gained a new title. Handler's Haven. This is due to the fact that after a shady deal with a Forsaken gone wrong, the entire kingdom of Odeasus ended up selling its rights. It is now the main hub for all handler auctions and home to many slave lords.

General Overview

Odeasus is a beautiful kingdom with so much to offer. Unfortunately, most of the people there walk around as if the weight of the world were on their shoulders. Because most of the kingdom is made of gold, the value of gold in Odeasus is below that of silver and kye. Though they are well off economically, their king is absent. His throne was left empty. Many have attempted to claim his throne, but the moment they sit upon it they also turn to gold. The people all pray for their king to return with the golden maiden, but centuries have passed with no sign of his return.
Rumor has it the only king the Odessans think worthy of that seat is the golden king himself, Midas.

Odeasus, the shining kingdom. Rich in gold, but poor by right.

Odeasus houses many Forsaken children, the rival religion to the Geodians. This makes the relations between Odeasus and Oodam incredibly unstable, at best.

They Fae avoid anyone who claims to be Odessan out of fear. Because the Fae stay hidden fairly often, they are considered rare throughout most of Birtham. This makes Odessan handlers huge fans of the Fae.
Some kingdoms consider Fae to be "real people". Some, like Odeasus, do not. This makes the handling of Fae highly controversial.
