Language Learning System
The language learning system is done via either a language book, which can be acquired in the game world, or with a tutor fluent in the language you are learning and a language your character speaks.
The PC performs a downtime learning the language, role plays an appropriate entry in the roleplay server, and makes an Intelligence roll, which is reported through the Language learning form below.
The points accrue and when the character has equal or exceeding points for the language learned, the character is then fluent. If you are using a Tutor, the other PC also must roleplay the activity in the text server and channel as the player's.
A library can give advantage on the roll as does the tutor.
Languages are grouped into Tiers for the difficulty to learn. Some languages cannot be learned as there is no resource to get the knowledge from.
