Supernatural Citizenship Act

It is about the introduction of laws giving supernaturals an easy way to citizenship

This law had an uphill battle

many citizens were afraid of how that would work out for them

the message was part of a grand marketing campaign

this campaign had several goals

Make the population of the United States aware what kind of supernatural creatures exist.

It showcases how the supernatural world is already involved at many levels of government and society at large.

And it talks about the kind of supernaturals were not already citizens and needed it in order to be allowed to stay where they are now.

Many supernaturals use the unclaimed federal land, nature preserves and similar areas for their homes, where they live in tune with nature.

It also adds provisions to allow states to create special territories for nations of the supernatural.

These special territories are inspired in part by reservations. However, they aim to give highly organized supernatural communities some autonomoty from American rule, while being added into the hierarchy.

This allows the US to apply laws to these territorries, while the communities still have the ability to maintain their local traditions.

Not all supernaturals are affected by this. Many witches, therians and similar human supernaturals usually already have citizenship or can apply for it as easily (or hard) as any other human born in the US.
