Victorian Gardens

A seasonal amusement park located in Wollman Rink in Central Park, Manhattan, New York City. The park is operated from spring to fall each year.   The park covers around 4'000 m2. The park was first opened to visitors in spring 2003. It can accomodate up to 3'000 guests and features a dozen rides for children of the ages 2 - 12. The rides include the "Family Swinger", "Samba Balloon", "Aeromax", "Convoy", "Rockin' Tug", "Kite Flyer", "Fun Slide", "HydroRacer" and "Mini Mouse Coaster" among others. In addition to the rides, the park offers activities including face painting, balloon sculpting, interactive games and live entertainment, including clowns and magic shows, on weekends and holidays.   The amusment park is run with the permission of the Manhattan Dryad Clan, the Central Park Conservancy, New York City Parks Department.   The amusement park features a number of entrainments provided by the local Jogah population. They have come to like providing entertainment for children and families.   Even some of the Dryads have come to visit the park. Though there focus is more in observing how the humans act in this place than anything else. Dispite the fact that these Dryads live in the middle of one of the most densly populated areas in the world, many do not interact much with humans at all and just spend their days tending the trees and other plants in the park.
