Sara Burns

Burns was a street kid in Washington DC when she was recruited up by a Technocrat working for S.T.O.L.I.D. that Ms. Burns new as "Dr. Charles Reid"
Initially she simply helped him distribute the experimental compounds he was testing on the homeless of D.C. but she quickly saw her fortunes change once Reid observed how her quick wits and street smarts advanced her in leaps and bounds within the D.C. street lab.
When Reid was made head of his own "Amalgam"; (6-24 technocrats given responsibility over a region and/or set of projects, who are in turn overseen with numerous other regional Amalgams by a regional "Symposium") he brought Burns along and made her his head "Pharmacopeist".
