Fred Four-Fingers

Fred Four-Fingers is a senior member of the thieves' guild in Phlan, the Welcomers.

Appearance:

Keeps a very low profile, always looking over his shoulder and having his hood over his head. He is lacking at least one finger on each hand and if you ever see his face it is full of scars and burn marks. Has a constant series of ticks going on.
