Lyceum of the Black Lord

The Lyceum of the Black Lord was once a great temple dedicated to Bane, but in the riots following the Lord Protector’s death, it was looted and burned and its clergy slain.
It is currently being used as a refugee for those in need of healing or even a hot meal and in the current state of Phlan it is filled. The refugee is run by a pair of Priests of Lathander. Volunteering clerics and other samaritans also help out in the refugee as much as possible.
