Noble's Quarter

The Nobles’ Quarter is far cleaner than other parts of the city. Attendants can be seen at all hours of the day sweeping and maintaining the smooth cobblestone roads. The nobles makes sure that there is always a large patrol of Black Fists in the district to ensure the safety of the rich.
