Sune, Princess of Passion

Sune, Lady Firehair, and the Princess of Passion is the deity of beauty, passion and love. Her dogma primarily concerned love based on outward beauty, with primary importance placed upon loving people who responded to the Sunite's appearance.
Her worshipers seek out the pleasures of life (beauty, luxurious tastes, exquisite sounds, a lover's embrace etc), but to experience pleasure is to be touched by Sune herself.
Temples dedicated to Sune are common in the west but less so around the Moonsea. They frequently serve as public baths and places of relaxation. In Phlan a few small shrines to Sune can be found in the finer districts near a street corner and usually consist of a mirror hung beneath a small roof where one can say a prayer while checking one’s appearance.
Sune's clerics seek to bring beauty to the world in forms pleasing to the senses. They create great works of art, are patrons for promising actors, and imports exotic luxuries like satin and fine wines.

• Beauty is more than skin deep. It issues from the core of one's being and reveals one's true face to the world, fair or foul.

• Acquire beautiful items of all sorts, and encourage, sponsor, and protect those who create them.

• Keep your own body as comely as possible and as attractively displayed as situations warrant.

• Let hairstyle and clothing best suit your personal appearance, striving to stir and delight others who look upon you. Moreover, hide not away, but always seek to present yourself to those around you in a pleasing variety of garbs and activities so as to move them with love and desire.

• Love those who respond to your appearance, and let warm friendship and admiration flower where love cannot or dares not.
