Deceased brother of Lord Tytos Lannister. He had a daughter named Rowena Lannister posthumously, who was passed over for throne of the Westerlands because her mother didn't know she was pregnant until after her husband was dead and the titles had passed onto his brother Lord Tytos Lannister.
