Phaseshot

Description

Color scheme: Tan and sand, with brown, dark brown and silver accents.
Optics: Dark gold with gold ring iris, black sclera and white pupil
Body type: Tall, med-build. Legs are digitigrade, very defined claws on hands and feet. Winglets on back transformer into large webbed wings. (Post Bugged (and in Karmaverse), his wings are of the feathered type which transform into sort of cape when not in use)
Other details: Prior to the events of Bugged, he lacked a 'proper' alt-mode: when in flight his legs simply transformed into a tail, resulting him in resembling a winged Yaun-ti of sorts. After Bugged (and in Karmaverse), he has a proper Wyvern-like alt-mode, where his legs transform into two tails.

Skills

General Skills

Is capable of flight in both robot and alt-form, though the former is more awkward. He is capable of carrying others in flight, but anyone larger than a bike frame renders him only capable of gliding without the aid of magic.
He also has two integrated weapons: a flamethrower and a heavy cannon. The latter he is still getting used to using, while he, due to his previous life as a dragon, got used to his flamethrower very quickly.

Unique Skills

Foresight

Obtained during his first life as a Vehilse. It is exactly what it means: he can see into the future, however he has no control over what he sees and when. Fortunately, he has some sense of knowing if what he is being show needs to be prevented or not. Due to his duties as an astral spirit, however, he often can't be 'blunt' about the prophecies he sees, often resulting speaking them in riddles or metaphors (much to everyone's annoyance), all to ensure he only 'nudges' people in right direction, to ensure the ones affected still have a choice in their fate.

Magic

(note: not applicable to his Karmaverse version)
While he was aware of magic during his life as a Vehilse, he didn't get to actually learn it until his second, as a dragon. His 'style' of magic is of the 'spoken' kind, which required special words and incantations, sometimes even objects, depending upon the complexity of the spell. He is capable of spells as simple is summoning a ball of light, to casting invisibility on himself and others, and even stopping time for brief moments, name some examples. That said, in his current form, his ability to use magic is more limited: unless he has an external energy source to tap into (like an elnserzi), he cannot have too many spells active at once, as each one he casts costs him some of his spark energy.

Telepathy

(note: not applicable to his Karmaverse version)
During his second life, Phaseshot gained the ability to telepathically communicate with others, mostly with other dragons (or individuals who had the right 'resonance' in their soul). That said, the distance he could do so was limited, a few miles at most. This distance was even less when it came to a secondary ability: mind reading, which he had to be within a few feet of. However, in his current Cybertronian form, he can't mind read at all and those he is capable of communicating telepathically with is very limited (Namely Arcee, Starscream, Soundwave and, later, Optimus Prime).

Phaseshifting

(note: this is considered his Sigma as a Cybertronian)
In both Karmaverse and upon his rebirth as a Cybertronian in Astral Aligned, Phaseshot gained the ability to phaseshift. He can pass through any object or person and allow any type of projectile to pass through him, so long has he is in contact with something solid. This means he cannot use this ability while in flight, unless he touches another flying person/object beforehand. He also cannot phase other objects/people with him.
