The Circle of Preservers.

Structure

The organization is presided by the First Preserver who serves as the Arbiter of the circle and the executive power of the Circle. All other Preservers are under the wing of the First.
Each preserver is a representative of their Elven subspecies and fights in the interests of their people within the settlement. Currently there are nine preservers.

The First Preserver is at all times an Avariel, given the Avariel's beliefs in a unified Elven kind regardless of the history of Seldarine and Dark Seldarine alike.
