Ai Leng
Bio: A female waterbender.
Ai Leng was a waterbender female that was acquired by her Patron, and Nexus was paid to have her as a Contestant. One issue. Tiny, really.
Don't emotionally attack the game designer's emotions because you've known him for half a decade and know how to do it effectively.
The waterbender was seen by the party, on a planet in Stellaris. They tried to revive her, as did Nexus, but she died for good when the planet blew up and her Patron refused to make amends or behave.
She was seen again by the party in Nexus's pataphysical arena. He picked her up magically, and started to pull with his other hand. As he did, the light illuminating her form drained from the feet up to the top of her head as she screamed.
Lynn asked incredulously, "You took her soul!?"
With a spherical light in his hand, Nexus walked to an anvil he manifested out of nothing, placed the light upon it, and started punching it over and over. Once he was done, he looked to Sayber.
"No", he said as he walked towards the terrified Lynn. "you did", he said, placing what he had just crafted into Lynn's palm.
