Andrew Harker

(Lawyer with lightning and force magic from Tyranny) Character description: A short pale man who's near-black hair is just breaching the limits of carefully groomed, a little too long, stubble a little too noticeable, slight of build and with a proud bearing. Andrew strikes the image of a scholar and professional who’s a little too distracted to scholarly pursuits to take proper care of himself, but otherwise maintains the physicality expected of him. Freckles show he’s been outside though his skin indicates it’s far from a regular occurrence. Despite wearing the dour black robes of Tunon’s Court he’s quick to smile, which oddly enough for his position reaches his eyes.   Character bio: Andrew was born in the northern port city of Epetsky the fifth son of Margaret and John Harker, and inherited a gift for magic. While a skill any could learn with sufficient schooling behind it, talent for hearing the call of an Archon so clearly was rare, and Andrew could easily be passed to the ‘Guiders of the Driving Storm’. He would not be a burden, his gift would be nurtured, and he could be of use to the family later. His curious and legalistic mind however had him frequently ‘wasting’ time near the Court of Tunon… And eventually revealing his hearing was better than others thought, passing over word of smuggling to people who took a dour view to such.   Being a useful person, Andrew was brought into the protection of the Court. Law would not just be a passing interest, but his job. Magic Lore would now be his hobby, and one he loved dearly, blessed as the court of Tunon had access to a wider array of magelore than most Guilds. He would never interact with Tunon, so it was unlikely he’d discover his Sigil, but he loved the idea of figuring out his, or any other Sigil. Besides, Archon Sigil’s were only normally created by those close to them, not always. And even if not he could focus on mage lore and law, ensuring the Guilds stayed in line while having a good excuse in dabbling. He even proved he was worthy of truly being called a mage by mastering a second primary Sigil! Sure, it was just Force, but it was a second!
