Choice of Afterlife

A Contestant who kills others is periodically given the option to recruit those they kill as citizens to their land/s observing this Law.
Law originates from the Disgaea game series, especially Disgaea 5 since there are demon lords all over the place and there are something like 99,999 hells canonically. So even if you're a demon lord who owns your own hell, you're still unimportant. Also apparently demons and angels are all the same manner of being, it's just what they call themselves and each other that makes the difference (Disgaea 2).
