Commercial Documentary

As long as you have authority over the area, you can buy a Documentary book. If you're hired as a security guard, or hold up the place as an armed robber, you've got authority. It doesn't have to be the highest or even legal authority, it counts!
Example: A box of store-brand Cheerios is written about in a Commercial Documentary book and is bound to an asteroid. There will be an unopened and edible box of this cereal on that asteroid, all the time. If the one box present is removed, then another will spawn somewhere else on the asteroid, maybe out of sight, or maybe it will appear behind you and hit you in the back of the head. Maybe you'll blink and it will be there, or you'll trip over the box while walking. Maybe you'll see part of the box sticking up out of the rock, and you'll have to mine it out. Either way, a box of this cereal is there, and always will be. The cereal would probably have the name of the Contestant that owns that land as part of the cereal's name. You could even be the first one to get your hand on some Olivio's!
