Industrial Paint Mixer

Anywhere in the Information Age that sells paint, has at least one of these devices available. It is designed to "color match", adding various amounts of different colored pigments together in order to make the paint the same color as any item at least one inch by one inch presented to it.
Far too heavy to lift, even without paint, and not sold by easily identifiable companies, it can only be acquired through illegal means. The paint can containing the paint sits in the obvious spot of the device, and once the pigments are added, it is sealed and shaken vigorously.
