Nonlocal Generators

Lands that observe this Law make their heaters, air conditioners, humidifiers, electrical generators, algae generators, farms, and anything else that produces something affect the entire land, and not just its local area.   Examples would be:   A heater would not heat a living room. Instead, it is simply placed in a room, and heats the entire planet. (Kelvins per hour must be calculated.)   A hydroponics bay would grow the herbs growing in it, but those same plants might start randomly growing in other places throughout or outside the spaceship. (Oxygen and flora grams per hour must be calculated.)   A solar panel generator would charge a cell phone even if there is no sun shining on a floating island, and the cell phone isn't plugged in. (Watts per hour must be calculated.)   A monster nest would be instantly uncontainable, as those monsters would start randomly appearing everywhere on the space station. (Number of monsters and how often must be calculated.)   This isn't just a good thing. Think if you had a bunch of heaters on a planet- the temperature would rise crazily. In order to make the temperature to stop going up, the devices would have to be dealt with and coolers used to get it more comfortable, which would also work endlessly.   It's a balancing act, to be sure.
