Nurse Joy

First, the rules. "The rules clearly say original characters only! We can't even mention canonical characters!" Correct. I'm not. "Yes you are! There's a Nurse Joy in every city in the anime!" Agreed. "Then how is Nurse Joy an original character that's not canonical?" Because there is a DIFFERENT Nurse Joy in every city, just like there's a different Officer Jenny, we can make an original Nurse Joy for wherever we go in Pokemon. It's not the same one from the anime, it just uses the anime's rule, the fact that there's always a Nurse Joy anywhere you go but not the same one as anywhere else.
Nurse Joy works in the Nacrene City Pokemon Center, as its only Nurse. There doesn't seem to be a doctor anywhere, and it's really just her. She has access to a healing machine that heals pokemon through their pokeballs, and has devices and equipment to heal pokemon that haven't been caught, or don't have an associated ball.
Nurse Joy is 5 foot 6, and has long 'cotton candy pink' hair tied up in wide loops. She has a highly positive and friendly demeanor, and is always ready to help anyone in need, whether human, monster, or otherwise. Not only is she interested in helping, but she easily has the knowledge and tools to do so!
