Oblivion Gate Bleed

Any permanent valid teleportation location within the Static Map that becomes publicly accessible may begin to bleed its lighting conditions, weather, terrain, biome, and anything else through any other permanent valid teleportation location within the Static Map.   This Law will apply itself randomly, whenever Nexus thinks it would be entertaining. Once applied, it will always be in effect at that location and there's nothing anyone can do about it.   Law originates from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Each of those gates leads to a pocket of Oblivion, which can be dismantled, closing the gate. I didn't say whether these gates act exactly the same way or not.
