Parking Meter

Found in some of the more modern worlds, paying for the privilege of parking is obnoxious. Payment for these spaces is accepted mostly in coin form, in little machines on poles, next to the parking space it gives permission to use.
As these are built into the sidewalk and secured there, these cannot be acquired. Unless someone were to destroy the pole the parking meter is attached to, or the cement foundation.
