River of Souls

Afterlife-adjacent lands that observe this Law can see the souls of the dead sent to or originating from the Static Map. These souls can be interacted with, with the right abilities. There are various ways to redirect soul transmission so they never come here, as well.
Law originates from Overlord 2, even though other games in the series were produced first or are first canonically. Still, I (Viirin) like the 3rd game (Overlord 2) best. Story continuity: Overlord: Dark Legend, Overlord 1, Overlord 2.
