Sayber

Bio: Cut off his own arm with his katana and sacrificed half of his humanity to a demon in order to save the villagers of his city from a plague. Instead of death, everyone just suffered longer. Before this happened, he spent time studying the blade through Bushido. After it happened, he spent a year studying dark arts.   Sayber's Patron said that Sayber was based on Virgil from Devil May Cry, but weaker. I, Viirin, only know Devil May Cry 1, and not the other games in it, but how the character was presented sounded acceptable. There were a LOT or "red flags" and I told Sayber's Patron, Sayber Cyke this. He didn't understand, so I pointed it out more bluntly.   The first thing Sayber's Patron did was post that Sayber thought that the unnamed robot was bloodthirsty and psychotic and killing it would not affect anyone's story. He then proceeeded to behave in extremely 'primary protagonist' mannerisms, 'checklist clearing' behavior, and lack of party interaction.   Out of game, Sayber's Patron said that he was playing a roleplaying game, and refused to play it like a tabletop roleplay, and would only play it like Skyrim or Zelda. This is not only intentional lack of role play skills, but disobeys the rules that all Contestants are unimportant NPCs.   Nexus's investors like to give out gifts during large holidays, giving those gifts to their Patrons through their Contestants. Patrons are all offered to choose their own gifts from anywhere in sci-fi or fantasy. As always, nothing that affects the storyline of any canonical franchise could be chosen. The requested gifts that year were as follows:   Darius and Alfonso: A necklace of waterbreathing from The Elder Scrolls   Unnamed robot: A centrifuge from a cop drama like CSI   Ikeda: A riolu egg from Pokemon   Olivia: A Red Mage crystal from Final Fantasy 14   Lynn: BM06's pet owl from the Redistribution List   Sayber: A planet with enough housing for at least 24 people with Sayber recognized as its king and he can go to that planet and do whatever he wants and not have to deal with the campaigns or other players anymore   Nexus granted all wishes. Sayber was moved to the Redistribution List along with all he owned, and his Patron was no longer welcome in his arena.
