Trash Can Link

In lands observing this Law, trash cans and other receptacles with the function of destroying or discarding items may instead relocate those items to a central location where all trash cans are connected.
Law originates from Ultima Online. It wasn't always in the game, but it was interesting when they put it in. I have actually recovered things I accidentally threw away the next day after I went adventuring where the trash cans exit.
