Watering is Allowed

In lands observing this Law, liquids can be carried in the open, sprinkled onto the ground, or poured out and will remain where it was placed unless relocated manually or used by growing plants.
Law originates from StarBound. Dropping water on plants is an effective means of getting them to grow as long as terrestrial plants aren't drowned, even somewhere that gravity doesn't exist. If your feet are near something, then that's the ground. That's the direction water will fall when you release it from a container of some kind.
