The Peaks of the Veil

The Veil has high points where magic is contracted or funneled. Sar at these points is capable of saturating the veil with much heigher consistency, and so when spells are created from points of insallir, they are "condensed", or rather, the same effect takes place using more sar, and so it can happen more rapidly.
