Mythrokar
The Rule Of Nine
The Mythrokar is the definitive ruling body of Fjorlosia. It is a council of the eldest of the Fjorlosians of the Rikkar Clannik, one of each, though they may only decide what is most popular among their people. It is therefore their job to determine what is most popular. Unlike politicians of other Realms, the Mythrokar are among and within their people, walking openly in public spaces and creating dialogue where the populace does. This isn't to say they are unguarded, but it is understood among the dwarves that the Mythrokar are the voice of the people, and to tamper with the voice is a detriment to all. The dwarves that make up this council all come from the Rikkar Clannik (Elder Clans), the collection of original clans that make up Fjorladdr, and are the eldest of their respective clan. The only retirement from being a Mythrokar is death, and upon death, their position among the Mythrokar transfers immediately to their next of kin, with age being the most determinate factor. Other clans also exist within and without of Fjorladdr, and so the Oeden Clannik (Young Clans) have historically felt underrepresented politically.Elders of the Rikkar Clannik
The council is made of the eldest members of the Rikkar Clannik, the only original seven clans that remain in Fjorlosia. More clans used to be a part of the Mythrokar, though as they disintegrate, they are left only with what numbers they have in these eldest clans. As a result, from time to time, these clan's numbers become skewed, and a majority cannot be attained from the council's descision, and more restrictive compromises must be made.
