Iztocetli

An ancient and longstanding city within the borders of the Union of Xotlac, it has long served as a gathering and training point for soldiers and their families. Many of the aspect temples were started within the city before spreading farther and wider. 
The city itself remains busy, but since the reduction of the amount of Flower Wars fought by Xotlac, it's importance has wained.
