The Round Table

A famed tract of land from the Summerlands, notable for the many battles fought there in the plurality of civil wars fought by the Empire of the Sun throughout its lifespan. It has a commanding view of the surroundings, and the farmer-dug terraces built into it's sides make it an imposing and naturally fortified position.

To leave the enemy in command of it would be a blunder, and as such it draws armies in one after the other in war, inviting the harshest fighting of the conflicts it's involved in.
