Preparation

This is the political preparation leading up to the attack on Tolkeen.

Establish Allies, Enemies and Neutral parties among the Feudal lands and settlements north and west of the Coalition. Seduction, bribery, assassination and coercion are all on the table Allies will be awarded old style coalition Dead Boy armor, power armor and weapons, or otherwise given the assistance they desire for their alliance, if negotiated. Neutral Parties and enemies will be tagged for possible destruction during the actual advance.
Mercenary companies are hired, if only to prevent them from being hired by enemies of the Coalition. The coalition will prefer to work through allies to hire some mercenaries who prefer not to work on the side of the Coalition.
