Gulthias Staff
Staff, rare (requires attunement by a druid)
Made from the branch of the Gulthias Tree in Yester Hill, the Gulthias Staff is a spongy, black length of wood. Its evil makes beasts visibly uncomfortable while within 30 feet of it. The staff can be wielded as a magic quarterstaff. The staff has 10 charges and regains all of its expended charges daily at dusk.
If the staff is broken or burned to ashes, its wood releases a terrible, inhuman scream that can be heard out to a range of 300 feet. All blights that can hear the scream immediately wither and die.
Vampiric Focus. While you are attuned to the staff, if you use the staff as your spellcasting focus, all of your magical damage becomes necrotic damage. You can expend charges to add additional damage dice to your spell damage, with each charge adding 1 additional damage dice to your spell damage. When you expend at least one charge this way, you can choose any number of creatures you can see and between them split healing up to the total necrotic damage dealt by your spell.
Blight Bane. While you are attuned to the staff, blights and other evil plant creatures don’t regard you as hostile unless you harm them.
Tenebrous Pact. As an action you can grant yourself one additional point of corruption and summon and control one Tree Blight. You can dispell the tree blight as a free action.
