Tser Pool Encampment
A quiet campsite along the Tser Pool. Though entirely made of mobile carts and tents, this site has not moved in years and hosts the famed Madam Eva, fortune teller and soothsayer. While all Vistani would profess their allegiences to Strahd, the Vistani here hold Madam Eva in a special reverence and follow her guidance wherever it does not directly contradict the Dreadlord.
