This impossibly old brass timepiece seems to display a different time every time you open it. This timepiece has 3 charges and regains all charges at noon.
Horological Surge. While attuned with this timepiece you can expend a charge to cast Haste on yourself, ignoring any material costs.
Tenebrous Pact. As an action you can grant yourself one additional point of corruption and cast Time Stop. If you cast Time Stop in this way, the spell will not end when one of the actions you use during its period, or any effects that you create during this period, affects a creature other than you or an object being worn or carried by someone other than you.
