Gaedren Lamm

Gaedren Lamm is the boss of the Billy Goat Boys, one of several minor gangs that infest the Seafront district. Unlike most of the other gangs, Gaedren's cruelty and cleverness have kept him one step ahead of both his victims' families and the Haven Guard.
He has apparently taken over an abandoned fishery at Westpier 17 and is using it to further his schemes, which include selling drugs and using children as pickpockets and cutpurses.
