Lillard is a Tiefling that own the Dragonstone Jeweler in Tartaran. He is an expert in fine jewelery crafting. Many of the towns people wishing to propose to their partners go to Lillards shop.

Personal history
Lillard was born to his Human mother in Tartaran the year 5065 AC. He was different from the other people of Tartaran though. He was born with red skin and small horns protruding from his forehead. Many of the townspeople did not accept lillard but his mother's love never wavered. Growing up Lillard had an interest in beautiful stones and gems always making jewelry for his mother. When he was 20 Lillard worked for anyone that was willing to hire him. Eventually Lillard had saved enough coin to start his own jeweler shop in Tartaran which opened in 5090 AC. He has been running the shop since, sometimes shutting it down to go purchase fine gems and metals in Berghest.
Education
Lillard can recognize most fine metals and gems since he has used basically everything to perfect his jeweling technique.
Lillard was taught to read and write by his mother.
Mental Trauma
As someone that has never been accepted by most within his society Lillard has a hard time connecting with others. His mother is the only person he truly trusts while everyone else could just be acting nice to ridicule him later. Though he has become loved within town for his fine crafting skills, Lillard still experiences biased hate from many within town.
