Exposition

Mayor Mal Barddock has posted a reward for anyone that can determine the cause of dissappearing merchants. These traveling merchants have been dissapperaing on the road before they make it into town. The town gaurd is investigating however Mal is hoping to get the willing public involved as well.

Rising Action

While the adventurers are meeting with Mal someone informs him there has been another attack in the cave that the merchants use as an overnight camp. They must be hasty!

Climax

When the adventurers investigate the cave where the attack happened it appears empty. it is when the adventurers try to leave the cave that a river drake appears at the entrance.

Falling Action

If the adventurers cannot defeat the river drake then Captain sham will show up just in time to save them.

Resolution

The heroes are rewarded for determining the cause of the dissappearances. They are then hired to collect lost artifacts found on Berghen.
