Al-Hash
Al-Hash is controlled by a race of territorial aliens known as the Paronians. These aliens have advanced technology equivalent to TL4 but no spike drives. They also have an extremely advanced understanding of generic modification.
They travel & control their system through the use of space leviathans that are highly engineered and cyberneticly enhanced aquatic animals from their home planet. They have been altered to be able to exist in deep space and propel as well as act as mobile platforms for stations & weapons. These leviathans are entirely dependent on the Paronians for food and water as they are unable to gather it themselves. They are unable to land on planets.
Paronians are hostile to all outsiders and will attack any ships within their system.
