Cult of Tiamat

A mysterious organization that worships and does the bidding of the dragon queen Tiamat. Although one does not often meet one, they are abundant throughout the lands, and many believe that their increasing activity tells of something to come, whatever that may be.

With Tiamat at its Head, it would appear her will is conveyed through some general named Arkhan. Below him lie the Cultists of decreasing rank.
