A dome shaped building which is home to Rivalen Blackhand and an array of both well known and strange magical items up for sale. It is known as one of the best locations to obtain potions of healing.

The party purchased several healing kits from Rivalen as well as asked around for some other magical items that were unfortunately beyond their price range.

A dome shaped building with stain glass ceiling windows that send a cascade of colours around the shop and at certain times refract onto buildings around the shop. Rows of tall wooden shelves separate aisles that rise through two floors held up by wooden pillars.
