Bogshadow lizardfolk have made a pact with The Hag Coven of Pust to learn necromancy, they are trying to resurrect their ancestors to learn the ancient secrets of their people. They speak in Draconic. The hags gave them a necromancy spell-book (draconic) which they use to make scrolls.
The book only contains animate dead, not resurrection, so it has not helped them accomplish their goal. By animating the lizardfolk bodies, they've disturbed their souls and caused them to walk the streets as ghosts.
The cemetery counts as desecrated ground. Every night this desecrated ground spreads from the well. 50ft/night
