Qiard

Qiard is a local goblin fisherman. He's had a rough life, never being fully accepted in any location he found himself in. Finally, years ago he and his wife Pek moved to Ergutlu and found some peace. Soon after they had two small girls and life seemed to get better. Quard found work as a fisherman and he and Pek started building their lives in Ergutlu. Three months ago the townsfolk burned his house down when the children of the city started going missing. Qiard and his family were outsiders and were blamed by the people of Ergutlu for the disappearing youth. Qiard was able to save his children but his wife Pek died in the fire. 
Eletta Norma soon set her hooks in him, organizing the kidnapping of his children and holding them for ransom. She used Qiard to sow seeds of distrust in the community and made him act against his will to further the cult's goals. Being of generally good nature, Qiard waited for an opportunity to work against Eletta and when Pelton Tatum arrived in the city and started investigating the cult and the illegal herb trade, he saw a window of hope. Soon Qiard was a double agent, feeding Pelton information about the cult activities.
