The Frontiers

Formerly civilized and inhabited regions, the Frontiers can be found across the continent of Aseth and other continents as dangerous regions. Most have been overrun recently, since the beginning of Dorian's Shadow. Savage tribes, monsters, aberrations, and draconic creatures can be found all within these Frontiers, inhabiting the ruins. While they have begun to grow in size more recently, the Frontiers have existed since the Dragons Bane where remnants of Belhemat's armies remained.

Geography

Frontiers possess the typical geography of their home region with differences usually arising in the form of ruins and artificial structures created by the new inhabitants.

Fauna & Flora

Over time, the flora and fauna of the Frontiers have been warped and changed, becoming hostile to outside forces. Powerful wizards will often let loose their experiments into these regions where they may succeed and procreate.
