Camera of Body Snatching

One of the many illicit items for the Feylimpics. The Camera of Body Snatching was made by the Hag Coven of Identity Thieves. It is an ordinary camera, but with the property of a special command sentence to activate the magical properties. This command is different to each person, and often has a method of saying the word too. This could be with different languages, dialects, accents and tones. The item is often sent to unsuspecting photographers, with the camera being given a command word to whatever the photographer states before taking their first picture. Afterwards, whenever said, will activate the properties. 

Properties

The Camera of Body Snatching's magical properties are quite simple. The Camera is infused with innate magic, allowing for when the command word is spoken, for a flash to go off, and the camera to take a picture. All living creatures in the photo would have to make a DC 15 Wisdom Saving Throw or be incapacitated inside of the photo made with the camera. The photo would instantly appear, and if it is destroyed, then the person inside is set free. To escape on a later action, the person inside of the camera must make a DC 15 Wisdom Saving Throw, on each action.
