Port Town of the Draconics
"The Draconians, they come and go. They pillage, loot, and take anything, or anyone, that they want. Servitude is likely for us Dragonkin, the ones that can't fight, but can provide the means to hold trays of food, or clean the chambers of those above. We're servants, fodder, slaves. We cannot fight back, but one day we may be free,"To the Draconians, the more monstrous breed of half-dragons, the Port Town upon Malus' island is a place of relaxation, and hedonism. They do whatever they want, and will not ask for permission or peace from those that try to live in the decrepit town, due to these monstrous brutes viewing the denizens of the island as being subdragon, unable to be considered as strong enough to contend for Malus' favour. The Port Town is a place that is treated as a lawless land for those that can afford it. The region uses fines as the only punishment, due to the squalid lifestyles that the people of the Port Town have to live in. Regardless of the crime, they would be incarcerated for not being able to pay the fine, or being faced with execution, instead.
- Reijang, Red Dragonkin
The Port Town is a small region, that is only found on the small coastline between the rigorous mountains of Malus' Outpost. It descends onto pathways that return to the barracks of the Draconians, making the Port Town a common destination for the travelling warriors and foes. Every day, a group of soldiers would patrol each of these pathways, to make sure a violent uprising would never happen.

"If this punishment is labelled as only worthy of a fine, then that means it is only criminal for us to do it, not those Draconians,"
- Reijang, the Uprising Dragonkin
