Lancelot's sacrifice, in order to keep his brother - Lancelittle - from dying, had him get controlled by the vile hands of Malus, the Charred Colossus. The king's domain over the Thevagon Isles was lost, and had caused the lands to shatter. Islands tore apart, and alliances had tore further. The fall of Lancelot into treachery was perfect for Malus - it could establish a common ground that none could stop fighting one another to focus on him. Malus's control over Lancelot was started by a use of
Malus' Atomic Breath , had caused his plate armour to meld with his body. It lingered with his flames, and he became known as the Burning Knight.
Lancelot's armour can be summarised as being plate mail, but with plenty of the weaknesses of the
Lancein Infantry design process being counteracted by both the fire affinity, resistance to airborne afflictions, and the gaps between the plates of armour. His set of armour had melded, and grown veins of orange flames. When pierced, the armour's flame instead emits a purple hue, and Lancelot gains powers associated with
Malus' Atomic Breath.
