Neeval is a mysterious character who's reputation as a master thief is widely known. Many great robberies are given to his actions. Legends say Neeval is so talented in his art he once stole a magical cloak from the divinity of secrets that allowed him to avoid detection from everything. He was never caught ever since and his fortune is rumored to be one of the greatest in the world.
